THE BEST WAY TO FIND A HOLISTIC PRACTITIONER

One of the most stressful challenges most people is finding a good doctor. To tell you the truth, I don’t even have one right now. When my doctor retired, I just never found a new one. Other then the occasional strep throat I would catch from the kids, I really haven’t needed one.
But I’ve really been wanting to find a holistic practitioner for us. I’ve looked a little but it’s been harder than I thought to find a doctor who is open to holistic or integrative practices.
More and more people are starting to want natural and integrative solutions, so it’s great to know that there are holistic resources out there!
I found a great guide through my favorite site, Food Matters that has helped me tremendously. This Practitioner Directory can help you find a holistic healthcare practitioner, integrative doctor, chiropractor, holistic dentist or even colon-hydrotherapist in your local area. You can also find doctors that take a holistic approach to treating mental health conditions.
