I cannot wait to go to our local Women’s Health and Lifestyle Fair this weekend-yay!! My birthday is Friday (6th) and I’m lucky that this fun fair falls right by my birthday each year. My youngest daughter and I always go to get lots of free goodies and great deals as well! Now, since I am changing how I eat and live, I’m anxious to talk to different vendors that offer healthy products. We also love the deal the our local Hyvee does each year-we pay $5 and get a bag full of food, samples, coupons and coupons for free products.
