Lemon Berry ACV Drink Recipe
I’m sure you’ve probably already heard about the magic of Apple Cider Vinegar. From helping lower cholesterol to curing a sinus infection. It even helps with weight loss and stabilizes blood sugar. It’s kind of crazy what apple cider vinegar can do, right?
If you don’t believe me, just look it up-most are even backed by scientific studies.
All I know is it works for me!
I try to use it every day, and I realize that I’ve gotten away from taking it when I get a sinus infection. A couple of doses of ACV and I’m good to go!
It’s pretty amazing stuff!

There is one thing I have to tell you about ACV- I don’t like and that’s the taste.
Argh…
But, I find that if I dilute it with a bit of water it’s not so bad. You don’t really want to take it straight anyway because it could burn the back of your throat.
You can even make it one better by making this delicious berry lemon ACV drink to get your ACV in!
I drink this Berry Lemon ACV drink before each meal. This way it aids with digestion, prevents heartburn and will help stabilize blood sugar.

- 2 tablespoons fresh or frozen berries (I love using raspberries the best!)
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar with “the mother” (Find HERE)
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Ice
- Water
- optional: 1 teaspoon raw honey or sweetener of choice
- Place the berries in the bottom of a cup. If you are using a sweetener, add that in now. Muddle the berries and sweetener with the back of a spoon.
- Add in your ACV and lemon juice. Fill the cup with ice and add in enough water to fill the rest of the cup. Stir and enjoy!
