I have told you this before, but I love puffer vests. I have about five different ones and Emily has about just as many. They are just perfect for shopping trips when you are in and out of stores all day. Or, when it gets just warm enough outside that your arms don’t need alot of coverage from a regular jacket.
This weekend, we went shopping for next year (or, I guess next winter) winter jackets. I like to take advantage of the clearance sales and I almost forgot to do it when we had stopped at the mall for lunch and the hubby mentioned it. Yep, that’s right-the hubby remembered to go shopping for clothes.
But, he can’t remember to put the toilet seat down.
We got lucky and found a very cute black jacket (in her size!) at JCPenneys for very cheap, so I snatched it up and checked it off my to do list.
Score!
As we passed the coat racks, I noticed some very adorable puffer vests with furry hoods and Emily and I instantly stopped and let out an “ooooh” and the hubby was all, “Those are not practical!”
Of course, Emily and I just looked at each other, rolled our eyes, and laughed. After we found an adorable gray jacket with black polka dots on it, we noticed a table with sweaters on sale as well, so of course we had to get a matching gray sweater.
Well, duh!
