I’m always changing the decor of our home. I might see a beautiful wall art at a thrift store, fall in love with it, then bring it home and realize I must change the whole room to fit around this one piece. Once, I actually changed my whole kitchen because of a set of old coffee cups.
Walls are no different. I have been staring at one of our kitchen walls which have been held hostage by this hideous wallpaper that I have wanted to tackle, but the hubby has been trying to talk me out of it. Why? You guessed it.
I might end up redecorating the kitchen-AGAIN.
I like to browse Esty for two reasons: I love to support fellow artists, and stuff on there is just so awesome! So, I decided to browse Esty to see what kind of wallpaper they had. I figured maybe one would jump out at me and scream, Pick me!
I didn’t realize how many different designs there were out there in wallpaper world. Especially, “peel and stick” wallpaper (which I love!) So, my “not permanent” motto could come in play here. It’s also just so much easier then regular wallpaper. You just peel the paper backing off and stick it up. No gluing, scraping, or mess. It’s a designer’s dream.
Here are some of my favorites I found on Esty:
Diamond pattern from ArtBoard
Geometric Herringbone Pattern from Livettes
I ended up picking one of these for my kitchen. Can you guess which one?
