carrots for hair

My all time favorite way to eat carrots is roasted. I have a recipe that I absolutely love. It’s garlic herb roasted carrots and I’m surprised that I haven’t posted it on here.

Maybe that will be my next recipe post…

You know that carrots are awesome for your health and eye sight, but did you know that carrots are also wonderful for your hair as well? Carrots are known to add thickness to hair and make hair grow faster.

I try to make sure to have carrots every day in some form or another. If you can eat a carrot a day, or drink carrot juice you will see results in hair growth and texture.

Carrots are filled with the best nutrients and vitamins like Vitamin A, K, C, B6, B1, B3, B2, fibre, potassium, phosphorous which are super for health, skin and hair.

Marilyn Monroe knew this and ate carrots every day with her dinner!
