BONE BROTH MATCHA LATTE YOUR SKIN WILL LOVE + GIVEAWAY

""
BONE BROTH ISN’T JUST an ingredient in your favorite soup. There’s a lot you can do with bone broth. We’ve shared some info on bone broth   in the past, and how good it is for your gut and skin, but readers always ask if there’s any other way to consume it? One of our favorite  ways to use it is to make it as a nourishing latte. This bone broth matcha latte uses our favorite liquid form bone broth company, Kettle and Fire .

Organic bone broth delivers the benefits of collagen, vitamins, amino acids, and minerals to help support gut health. You know we love our collagen from the broth too! Add in the antioxidants from the matcha, and you have an amazing latte that’s amazing for your skin too. And let’s talk about coconut butter—it adds that healthy fat you need as well!

Bone Broth Matcha Latte

Ingredients
  • 1  teaspoon matcha powder
  • 2 ounces hot water
  • 1/2 cup non dairy milk, heated
  • 1 cup bone broth, heated
  • 1 tablespoon coconut butter
  • 1 – 1 1/2 teaspoons honey to sweeten

Instructions

  1. Measure 1 heaping teaspoon of matcha powder and add directly into your blender.
  2. Next, add near-boiling water to blender.
  3. Add milk and broth.
  4. Then add coconut butter and honey.
  5. Blend on low-medium for about 2 minutes.
  6. Pour into a mug and enjoy your latte!
  7. Optional: Try it cold-add ice!
