Hey, you!

You know I’m all about using clean and natural skincare while changing your diet as well.

I wanted to tell you about 5 beautifying foods that will help your skin start to glow—and  be clear—in no time.

PLUS, I’ve got a new recipe for you too!

1. Chia seeds

Chia seeds and walnuts are rich in omega-3 fatty acids that help maintain cell membranes by protecting the skin and providing it with moisture. Add a teaspoon to your morning smoothie, or make an overnight chia pudding dessert.

2. Sweet potatoes

Add a sweet potato to your dinner and you’ll be getting plenty of vitamin A which enhance skin color and appearance.

3. Almonds

Packed with vitamin E, almonds can help you have healthy skin.

4. Sunflower seeds

Sunflower seeds are another excellent source of vitamin E to help protect your beautiful skin from damage caused by free radicals in the environment.

5. Oily fish like salmon or tuna

I make sure I eat at least two servings of fish a week. Eating fish provides biotin, which among other wonder things, produces fatty acids and metabolizes amino acids.

Speaking of tuna, tuna burgers are my current favorite, thanks to how easy they are to make without sacrificing taste.  These babies have been a life savor many a time when I’ve been looking for something quick and easy.
