Hi friends!
One thing I like to do when the weather starts to get cooler is to get some good books to read. I love to read and the fall time of the year calls for extra long reading sessions. I really believe that books make your life better in every way possible. I think that if you don’t love books, you just haven’t found the right books yet. Seriously, there’s something so comforting to me when I can snuggle under the covers with a book in one hand and a warm green tea in the other.
Now, these books I’m recommending just happen to be health-related. These are my favorite to read to better yourself (healthwise). They are wonderful reads for someone who is thinking of trying out a new diet plan.
To me, that’s a great read!
DR. KELLANN’S THE BONE BROTH DIET
Kellyann Petrucci is my gurl! She is a naturopathic physician who has written an intriguing book called The Bone Broth Diet. In this book she lays out her plan to help you lose up to 15 pounds and look younger in just 21 days. Dr. Kellyann makes it easy for you to follow this plan by giving you loads of flavorful recipes and a detailed meal plan so you are set up for success. She also includes 4 base recipes for her nutritious bone broth, along with even more variations for maximum flavor.
THE BODY ECOLOGY DIET
Donna Gates reminds me of Dr. Kellyann. She looks about half her age, has skin that glows and not a gray hair on her head. I think there should be a combination between the two books.
While the book is largely geared towards candida sufferers, it has some interesting health advice for all. One of the book’s big messages is about probiotic and cultured foods (as well as sea vegetables). You know, kimchi, sauerkraut and all those delicious bubbly vegetable concoctions that are thought to seriously aid with digestion.
ANTHONY WILLIAMS’S MEDICAL MEDIUM: SERETS BEHIND CHRONIC AND MYSTERY ILLNESS AND HOW TO FINALLY HEAL
Anyone suffering from an autoimmune condition, chronic illness or is sick without explanation should read this book. The author’s story is super awesome and he gives intriguing insights as to what the medical community might have incorrect about autoimmune diseases and chronic illness.
It’s hard to ignore that Anthony William has helped tens of thousands of people with his teachings. It’s not the end-all-be-all and there is still a lot of work to be done but I’m so glad I read this book. If you have thyroid issues, autoimmune issues or any chronic illness, then I highly suggest reading this book.
Have you heard of any of these books? Let me know if you read one of them or if you already love one of them in the comments below.
xoxo tess
