healthy shopping list

Welcome to my rocking Shopping List! My clients beg me to tell them what I buy so they can buy the same stuff.

That makes me feel oh so special!

That’s why I put together this “shopping list” of the exact things I use and where you can find them too!

They also want to know how to find it at affordable prices.

Don’t I too! The best place is  HERE. It’s my favorite online healthy shopping source-they carry almost ALL my healthy living food and products I buy at a wholesale prices and free shipping on $49 and up.

Supplements/Vitamins

Deciding what vitamins and supplements you should take can be confusing. I believe in taking supplements, but that it’s not possible to “supplement” your way out of a bad diet. The right diet comes first, then use supplements to where you can fix with food. While I am still experimenting with my supplements, here are two I take every day.
