With fall finally here, that means the kids are back to school, after school activities, and FOOTBALL!

It also means that time of the year that we tend to fall into bad eating habits because we are busy. I’m a stickler for making sure that the kids grab something healthy when looking for a snack before dinner, or while doing homework. If I don’t, they will grab chips and other ucky stuff to munch on, so I always have carrots and celery cut up and ready to go in the fridge.

I figure that we are more than likely to grab some carrots if they are already washed and cut then having to go through all that first. But, I know they are like me that they have to be able to dip them in something yummy, but I know I don’t want to eat unhealthy dips.
