Why should you be a health coach?

What a hectic day! 

We’re going to be leaving town in a few days, and I haven’t even had a chance to pack. I want to get a few posts together and finish some campaigns before leaving. So, I’ve been running around like a headless chicken trying to get things done.

You ever have days like that?

Anyway, have you ever been curious what it would be like to be a health coach? I’m going to tell you about all the wonderful reasons why you should be a health coach!


Thing BEST thing about being a health coach in my opinion is the flexibility you have. You work your own hours, at your own pace. You can even see clients in your spare time. I still work another income around my health career. Working like this allows you the freedom and flexibility that’s hard to find.

For reals…


I love the fact that as a health coach, I’m teaching others to focus on long-term health-not a quick diet. As a health coach, you get to make some cash for coaching and supporting your clients, not for selling them products.


Look, even if you’re not an expert in nutrition, weight loss, or health, you can succeed as a health coach. I’ve found that our communtiy of health coaches was larger than I thought. Since becoming a health coach, the other health coaches I’ve met are very supportive of each other. If I need advice, I can always find a fellow coach to assist me-plus, the school I went to as well.
