That can really make a day fly.
Now that we are approaching Christmas (just about two weeks!), I really have to stop what I’m doing and take a moment to enjoy the season. One thing I wanted to do for family and friends was to find a way to share all the knowledge about health that I’ve learned. I can’t think of a better way then to give a gift of health! I really love reading gift guides and I’ve found many ideas from doing so. So, I wanted to share with you some goodies that I love that I think the health nuts, or someone you’d like to see get more healthy, would love to receive as a gift under their tree.

Breville JE98XL Juice Fountain Plus 850-Watt Juice Extractor
If you can’t afford to give one of those expensive $500 juicers, don’t worry! There ARE affordable ones that work just fine. This baby is on my wish list this year (pretty please, hubby!). The Breville Juicer has great reviews for producing the best juice you can get from vegetables and fruits. Anyone looking to start juicing would love to see this under their tree!

Himalayan Salt Lamp
I’m getting one for Christmas and I can’t wait! The Himalayan Natural Crystal Salt Lamp works as an air purifier, by emiting negative ions that fight against positively charged particles that cause you to feel stuffy and sluggish. The lit salt crystal clears the air naturally of allergens like smoke, pet dander, pollen, and other air pollutants. It dilutes odors so that you can breathe easier. How cool is that?
Capital Bee Honey
I got a couple of jars and a honey comb for myself for Christmas this year. ; ) Raw honey is great for allergies and a super food packed with vitamins and minerals. Capital Bee Honey is 100% pure and raw honey that is unfiltered and unheated. The jars are so pretty, you almost hate to open them-almost!

Fat Face Skincare
If you know someone who likes to use a natural healthy skincare, then Fat Face Skincare is the perfect gift for them. Their products go on smooth and makes your skin feel oh so nice! Fat Face Skincare specialize in making Organic, Natural, REAL skin care products that aren’t full of preservatives, chemicals & toxins. They use plant based fats like organic coconut oil and raw shea butter, as well as tallow from pastured, grass-fed cows.
Stainless Steel Straws
We all know that plastics contain toxins, not to mention, they are bad for the environment! That’s why I’ve switched over to glass and steel straws. That health concious loved one in your life would love to have a set of these cool (get it? “cool” and steel gets “cool”-ok, never mind) steel straws in their stocking this Christmas.
I received one of these babies for free for a review (see my Zero Water Review) and it’s become my favorite water filter. It comes with a meter so you can check the quality of your water. I’ve tested ours before and after and it really brings it to zero chemical reading. I bet if you got one of these for your mom or best friend, they will use it every day.

A Health Library
A what? Yes, I said a health Library! Buy a combination of healthy living books and videos and put them together in a basket, or to go with that juicer. Here are my favorite videos/books I have and looooove and use every day!
Just got this one-love it! If you are looking to start juicing, this is a wonderful book to use to start. I’m planning on starting up again next week. I’ll keep you posted!
If you aren’t giving your loved one a subscription to FMTV, then start them out with this informative film about how food really does matter! I’ve watched this about ten times-no lie!
Amazon: Hungry for Change
When I decided to change the way I eat and live, I really wanted to find out about tooth health as well. I use these methods and saw an improvement with my teeth.
Another favorite of mine. If you ever watched The Secret, this kind of goes along the line of this and how we can heal our own bodies by releasing emotions. You might want a copy for yourself!
There are many more book/video recommendations I could give and really, I could do a whole post on it-maybe I will!
That’s my recommendations-I hope this helps you on your healthy gift shopping journey! ; )
